This is our philosophy. It started with Henry and I and has been ingrained in our restaurants. It is pretty simple "The answer is yes...Now what's the question?" When Henry was creating the menu he chose combinations he thought would work well together, like shrimp in coconut sauce or ginger and pork. However he has made it clear that our customers are free to make any substitutions they would like. We follow this philosophy in everything we do in our restaurants.
